The Indish Bistro is a family-owned restaurant bringing delicious, British Asian cuisine to Ashton under-Lyne. They specialise in traditional Authentic Karahi and Desi Handi dishes:
Karahi is authentic Pakistani Lahori style that’s over 100 years old. Using delectable fresh ingredients, ginger, onions, tomatoes, garlic, coriander and green chilli, and made for sharing, a Karahi dish is ordered by the kilo and enjoyed by everyone at the table.
Desi Handi dishes are individual meals cooked in clay pots. Using ginger, garlic, garam masala, coriander, cream and butter, these dishes are rich and luxurious in texture and cooked to a medium strength but can be spiced up at your request.
Their extensive menu also offers dishes from around the world so there’s something for everyone!

Terms And Conditions:
Competition closes at midnight on the 5th of September 2024. One entry per person only. Entrants must be 18 or older to enter. Entrants must provide contact information and successfully answer the competition question on the website to be entered into the draw. The winners will be drawn at random on the 6th of September 2024 and will be notified thereafter. Each winner will receive a meal for two to the value of £40. Valid for redemption from 6th September until 30th November 2024. Prize redemption in restaurant only. A cash equivalent will not be offered.
