Tameside Magistrates’ Court imposed the Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) against Andrew Gerrish on Friday January 31.
The CBO forbids Gerrish from entering Hyde town centre until January 30, 2027.
"Any breaches of this order should be reported to police as it is an arrestable offence which carries its own custodial sentence," said PCSO Andy Mantell of GMP's Tameside South Neighbourhood Team.
