In episode 1 of our Mental Health series, Mark Andrews will be joined in the Podcast Studio by Daisy Dixon. Daisy has over 20 years’ experience brokering, fostering and maintaining good relationships with organisations, adults and children.
As a qualified psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Daisy is passionate about not only helping clients to overcome presenting issues and difficulties, but will work with clients, at their own pace, using a blended therapy approach to suit individual needs.
Daisy works with people, on the here and now, addressing - anxiety, stress and depression that is making life feel overwhelming and exhausting, supporting general well-being and bringing moments of mindfulness into everyday life. Whilst, at the same time, working on deep routed mental health issues that are contributing to unhelpful repetitive negative thoughts, low levels of self-esteem, sleep issues and more.
