Police are warning motorists to remain vigilant and stay safe after a recent spike in thefts from vehicles in the Hattersley area of Hyde.
Greater Manchester Police say it's a reminder for residents not to leave any valuables in vehicles, or at the very least, on show.
"This will demotivate offenders and as a result decrease the number of theft from motor vehicles," they said.
GMP's Tameside team say that the spike in thefts is being looked into.
