Police appeal to find Ashton man's next of kin

Police are appealing for the public's help to trace the next of kin of an elderly man from Ashton.

Raymond Hetherington, 72, sadly died at his home on Myrtle Grove in the town on Easter Monday (5 April).

Greater Manchester Police say there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

Anyone with information about Raymond's next of kin should contact the Police Coroner’s Office in Stockport on 0161 856 7978.
