A woman has been arrested and a murder investigation has been launched after police discovered the body of a woman at a flat in Dukinfield this morning.
Police were called to the scene on Pennine Terrace at 12:15am this morning [23 May 2019] to reports that a man had been stabbed.
When they attended, they found the body of a man who is believed to be in his 30’s.
A 34-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder and a scene remains in place at the property.
