The streets of Stalybridge will be a sight to behold for the Christmas Light Switch On.
The festivities will now begin to increase as we approach the month of December, meaning the towns of Tameside will be gearing up to spread the Christmas cheer.
Stalybridge will be among this and are kicking it all off with their annual light switch on in Armentieres Square.
On Friday (26 November) residents will gather for an evening of festive songs, dancing and fun. There will also be a visit from Father Christmas to allow all of the children to meet their Christmas hero.
Celebrations start at 4:30pm and run until 7pm when the lights will be switched on.
Come on down for a night to launch the Christmas season.
