Proposals to build two four-bedroom semi-detached houses on The Square on Fir Tree Lane in Dukinfield have been resubmitted.
It follows an application for two dwellings being refused on the same by the council in May earlier this year.
The latest plans by applicant Ben Lawton include ‘significant amendments’, the reports state.
