Donations can still be made to support Hyde Festival Theatre.
Like all of the arts industry, the theatre has faced major challenges in these unprecedented times.
Hyde Festival Theatre had to close its doors to all live productions in the first lockdown back in March, cancelling all planned shows from local societies, dance schools and entertainers.
The income from all those events would normally be used for the daily running and general maintenance of the theatre.
Residents are being asked to make a donation to a just giving page - just search https://www.gofundme.com/hyde-festival-theatre-upkeep-fund?pc
If you are unable to donate, the theatre would be grateful for as many people to share the appeal as possible.
