On Wednesday June 17th, the High Sheriff of Greater Manchester, Mark Llewellin DL, paid a visit to Sitsiam Camp in Stalybridge.
Established in 1983, the camp has built a strong reputation for authentic Thai martial arts training. In 2002, Sitsiam Camp became the UK representative for the Buddhai Swan Institute of Thailand, further strengthening its links to traditional teaching methods.
Operating as two schools in one, Sitsiam Camp offers students the opportunity to train in Thai martial arts in a setting that mirrors the experience of training in Thailand itself—without leaving the country.
