Plans are already under way for a craft fair and plant sale at an Ashton church in May.
It's set to take place at Albion United Reformed Church on Stamford Street East on Saturday, May 16, from 11am to 3pm, with free admission.
The new Civic Mayor of Tameside for 2020/21, Longdendale ward councillor Janet Cooper, is set to attend.
Members of the church congregation already have stalls, but other traders and businesses in the area are being invited to have a table at the event.
It's £10 for one table or £15 for two tables.
Anyone interested should call Dorothy Cartwright on 0161 338 2678.
