A carpet shop has plans to expand it’s warehouse complex
Flair rugs have submitted plans to replace their existing warehouse buildings in Hollingworth, create an extension as well as additional car parking space.
Their Etherow Works site off Water Lane would see some of its buildings demolished to make way for the new development, if plans are approved by Tameside Council.
The applicant, Flair Flooring Supplies Limited, believes the extension will create new employment opportunities in the area both during construction and upon completion.
This could also mean continued growth and expansion will contribute positively to the local economy by supporting suppliers, service providers, and other businesses in the area.
