WATCH: Pupils Are Boxing Clever

School pupils in Tameside are fighting fit thanks to the efforts of a former boxer.

Following the easing of Covid restrictions and with a return to normality, Danny Hornsby, who owns Little Rockys, has taken his sessions to 20 schools across the borough.

It's part of his mission to teach a form of self-defense in a fun and friendly environment.

We caught up with Danny at a session with Russell Scott Primary School pupils on Thursday. He told us about a unique boxing event held at Stalybridge Celtic, and reflected on his fight at the Manchester Arena not too long ago.
