LISTEN: Sports Talk with Mark Philip and Katie Catherall

In this week's Sports Talk, Mark and Katie reflect on all the local stories and issues.

They speak to Mike Haworth, online body and performance coach, to get his tips on how to improve your health and wellbeing. They also speak to Andy Cheshire, who is set to leave his role as Curzon Ashton's community manager, and they catch up with Ashton Cricket Club's Diane Green who has launched a Christmas campaign to help disadvantaged people in the community.

And it's certainly feeling festive in schools across the borough, with pupils taking part in the Santa Dash to raise funds for various charities. Mark and Katie spoke to Greenside Primary School's Mike Ellis to get his views on the initiative.
