LISTEN: Chris reflects on completing the Dublin Marathon

Quest Media Network’s executive chairman Chris Bird completed the Dublin Marathon on Sunday in aid of a fantastic cause.

Despite carrying a few injuries, Chris completed the course and has raised more than £1,000 for The Alzheimers Society UK and Ireland via The Running Bee Foundation.

Here, he talks about his experience and what it meant to him emotionally.

Chris also looks ahead to the Jingle Bee Jog, taking place on Sunday November 24.
