Glossop Strengthen Behind The Scenes With New Board Member

Glossop North End have strengthened behind the scenes with the addition of a new board member.

Chris Reid has joined the club in that capacity, having attended games at the Amdec Forklift Stadium since the first Wembley trip in 2009.

Chris, who has been part of the security team at the club, provides an important boost at board level and will use his skills and time to work on the club's community engagement.

Upon his arrival on the board of directors, Chris said: '' I am delighted to join the board of directors at GNE and looking forward to continue building on the progress made this season by the club. GNE has great potential to move forward which I am eager to utilise my experience, knowledge and skills to achieve our goals for the club and our local community. I am eager to hear ideas and suggestions from supporters, sponsors and the Glossopdale community, please feel free to approach me at any time''.

Chris can be contacted at chris.read.gne@gmail.com
