Free bowling for Tamesiders named Kane or Bellingham

To mark the start of this year’s FIFA World Cup, which gets underway tomorrow (Thursday), select Tameside residents will be able to enjoy a free game of bowling across the month of June.

Hollywood Bowl in Ashton-under-Lyne is one of the nationwide sites running an offer which will see a free game of ten-pin bowling available to those who share a surname with England stars Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham.

The ‘World Cup Strike Like a Star’ offer will run throughout the group stage of the competition, between June 11 and June 28, with guests simply required to provide a valid form of ID upon entry.

Dave Williams, operations director at Hollywood Bowl, said: “Nothing brings people together like a major tournament – the excitement, the drama, and those unforgettable moments.

"We wanted to create an offer that feels fun, inclusive and celebratory. If your surname is Bellingham and Kane we’ll see you on the lanes, and your game is on us.”

For full T&Cs, visit the Hollywood Bowl website.
