Hyde United have announced defender Scott Duxbury’s loan has been extended until the end of the season.
The left-back was due to return to parent club Bury at the end of last month, but The Tigers have agreed a deal that sees him remain at Ewen Fields for the remainder of the campaign.
Duxbury has been an integral part of Hyde’s back four of late, starting all of Michael Clegg’s first five games in charge, and playing every minute.
Saturday’s defeat at Warrington Town was the 30-year-old's 11th appearance for The Tigers this season, across two separate spells.
