DCCL season draws to a close

Saturday 21st September saw the last matches of the season in the Derbyshire and Cheshire Cricket League, sponsored by Complete Weed Control.

With the First and Second Division league winners already decided, placings in the middle of the tables were still open to movement. Starting at 12.30pm to account for the decreasing light, the games all had a distinctly autumnal feel in bringing the 2024 season to a close.

Congratulations to every Team in every division, the players, the umpires, the scorers, the support teams, the supporters and the many dedicated people involved in making the DCCL and our much-loved clubs a success. Thank you for a fantastic cricket season.
