A serving Greater Manchester Police officer has been sentenced at Manchester & Salford Magistrates Court for three counts of theft.
PC Edward Ballantyne-Rowland, who works in GMP's Oldham district, has been charged with three counts of theft relating to incidents between October and December 2020.
He pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing.
The 25-year-old was sentenced on Monday (20 December) to 180 hours of community service, a 20-hour rehabilitation order, and £150 compensation per victim along with court fees and a victim surcharge.
PC Ballantyne-Rowland, of Chelford Road, Knutsford, Cheshire, was arrested on 4 December 2020 and GMP say he was suspended from duty on the same date.
The force has also confirmed that PC Ballantyne-Rowland is still suspended.
