Local people are being invited to support a worthwhile cause today as Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service hosts a fundraising event in aid of several charities
The charity event at Hollins Community Fire Station on Hollins Road, Oldham, takes place between 10am-2pm.
Those who visit will get the chance to learn how to use a defibrillator, learn CPR and other life-saving skills, check out real firefighting equipment, watch live fire service demonstrations and there's also lots of fun activities for all ages.
The event will raise funds for Team Hill Charitable Trust, Defibrillators Save Lives, Miam Miam Celtic Juniors and Fire Fighters Charity.
