Oldham police have seized a large amount of counterfeit goods from a shop in Hollins Road following a tip-off from the community.
Officers from the Neighbourhood Team along with Trading Standards attended the Euro Shop following intelligence from local people.
A spokesperson from Greater Manchester Police said: “Thanks to this vital community information, a significant quantity of counterfeit goods were seized, including illegal cigarettes and vapes.
“This operation highlights the importance of partnership working and the role the public plays in helping us tackle crime in our communities.
“If you have concerns about counterfeit or illegal goods being sold in your area, please report it via 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers.”
