Police have issued an update following an incident in Stalybridge which saw two men jump from a window after a disturbance in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Emergency services, including several police vehicles, ambulances and fire engines, were called to Market Street shortly after 3am on August 16. Greater Manchester Police said officers were initially responding to reports of a disturbance involving a group of men at a property.
As police arrived at the scene, two men jumped from a window. One of the men suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Three men, aged 29, 34 and 41, were arrested on suspicion of affray in connection with the disturbance. In an update issued on Sunday, GMP confirmed that all three have since been bailed pending further enquiries.
A police helicopter was also seen over the town on Sunday morning, while emergency services remained on the scene close to Stalybridge bus station.
Police said enquiries are ongoing but there is not believed to be any wider risk to the public.
A GMP spokesperson said on Saturday: "Enquiries are ongoing into the full circumstances which led to the incident, but there is not thought to be a wider public risk."
