Four arrested and cash and drugs seized in police raids

Two men and two boys were arrested by the Neighbourhood Policing Team in Dukinfield over the supply of Class A, B and C drugs in the town.

Police visited an address to arrest a wanted man. The suspect was not at the address but a large amount of drugs, cash, scales and mobile phones were found.

As a result, two other addresses were raided and searched and the four were arrested.

A Tameside police spokesman said: "This was a great result for the Neighbourhood Team."

If you have any information about the drug supply in Tameside – please contact your local Neighbourhood Team via Bee in the loop, calling 101 (999 if you are in danger) or report anonymously via Crimestoppers.
