An old pub is set to become a shop and flats.
The Pit Stop pub in Denton could soon be turned into a retail unit and some apartments, if plans are approved.
The pub formerly known as the Bowling Green would become a shop on the ground floor with the four flats above.
According to the applicants, GG & NM Klein, there will be one car parking space per flat, one parking space for the retail staff, plus five secure cycle spaces.
