170 Club - The Big Advertising Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to independent and small to medium-sized businesses located in Tameside, Glossop, Oldham, and surrounding areas.
• One entry per business is allowed.
• Previous winners may not re-enter.
• Not open to employees of Not Really Here Group Ltd or its subsidiaries.

2. Entry:

• Entry is free and open via the official online form available at www.notreallyheremedia.com/170club
• By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Each week’s entry must be submitted by each Friday before 5pm to qualify for the weekly draw.

3. The Giveaway:

• One business will be selected each week to receive £250 worth of advertising credit with Not Really Here Group Ltd.
• Advertising credit can be used across:
  • Tameside Reporter and Glossop Chronicle (print)
  • Oldham Reporter (online only)
  • Tameside Radio 103.6FM (on air & online)
  • Social media and digital platforms managed by Not Really Here Group Ltd
• Credit must be redeemed within 60 days of being awarded.

4. Grand Prize Draw:

• All weekly entrants (regardless of whether they win a weekly prize) will be entered into a Grand Prize Draw to win £1,000 in additional advertising credit.
• The Grand Prize Draw will take place on June 30^th 2025.

5. Additional Perks:

• Each weekly winner will receive a personalised “Seen & Heard” T-shirt.
• T-shirts are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

6. Selection Process:

• Winners are chosen at random by a panel from Not Really Here Group Ltd.
• Judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Publicity & Consent:

• Winners agree to be featured in promotional content, including (but not limited to) newspaper articles, radio features, and social media posts.
• Winners may be asked to submit a photo or participate in a short interview.

8. General:

• No cash alternative is available.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
• This promotion is run by Not Really Here Group Ltd.

9. Data Capture and Usage:

• By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and any other information submitted via the entry form.

  • Issuing advertising credit and delivering promotional materials (including T-shirts)
  • Contacting participants with future advertising offers, promotions, and opportunities from Not Really Here Group Ltd.
