The Pennine Singers present Ubi Caritas – where charity and love abide - a programme of love, hope and joy.
At its centre are three gorgeous settings of a Latin text on love and its power to bring people together, written by Duruflé, Lauridsen and Gjeilo.
They also feature a trio of works by Byrd including his soaring Mass for Four Voices and Sing Joyfully – a two choir setting that does exactly what it says on the tin!
Add to that works by Stanford (including his much-loved Beati Quorum), Howells, and Parry and this gorgeous programme is complete.
Join them at Old Glossop Parish Church, SK13 7RU on Saturday 15th March at 7.30pm. Tickets (£10 each, under 18s free) are available on the door. Light refreshments available
