Age UK Tameside's 'Get Up and Go' Team are hosting a FREE Wellbeing Conference at the 4C Community Centre in Ashton, on Thursday 26th September at 11:30am-3pm.
Get along to learn about alternative and complimentary therapies designed to help improve your wellbeing.
You can join them for a FREE lunch and you will also receive a goody bag!
Lots of advice on offer too from NHS Talking Therapies, MIND, they'll be Guest Speakers and more.
It's on at the 4C Community Centre, Taunton Road, Ashton under Lyne, Thursday 26th September between 11.30am and 3pm.
